The First Breeder
Wally Conron, the breeder of Sultan’s batch, regretted his crossbreeds 30 years after they came to be. He stated that he opened a Pandora’s box and unleashed a Frankenstein monster to the world.
Just like Pandora’s box, his creation inspired a lot of unethical activities and created beings akin to Frankenstein’s monster.
The breeders who followed his work caused hereditary diseases to generations of dogs. While most of them looked adorable, some have developed terrible personalities.
Years after his crossbreeds came out, Wally would still look at Labradoodles and wonder if they have some kind of impairment.
Though Conron regretted his work, his boss John said that it turned out to be fantastic. As the owner of Harley (Sultan’s father), John says that the crossbreed has gone beyond being a hypoallergenic guide dog as they didn’t expect the experiment to be prolific.
Is It Important For A Dog To Be Purebred?
